Dr. Josh Heinrich, PT, DPT
Born and raised in Duvall, Washington, Josh cultivated a passion for physical activity and the outdoors at an early age. After a complex history of ankle injuries during his high school and college soccer journey, he developed an understanding and appreciation for physical therapy and how the human body moves as well as how to optimize its efficiency. He moved to Texas to pursue his physical therapy education and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. He is also currently in the process of completing a Fellowship in Sports and Orthopedic Manual Therapy through the Institute for Athlete Regeneration. His primary areas of interest include foot and ankle rehabilitation, shoulder pathology, low back pain, and return to sport. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, rock climbing, participating in long-distance and obstacle course races, exploring all that nature has to offer, and trying new boba tea shops in the San Antonio area with his wife.
