Information for Referring Providers
All of our clinicians have completed, or close to completing, their Fellowship with American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy; this is a post-doctoral fellowship program which requires 200 hours of didactic work and 150 mentored contact work to become orthopedic specialists. All clinicians are Doctors of Physical Therapy and Foundation PT does not employ Physical Therapy Assistants. We would love the opportunity to treat your patients and help them get back to their normal, pain-free life!
