Dr.Evan Bahr, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT

I was born and raised in San Antonio, attending O’Connor High School. I attended Texas A&M University and graduated in 2008 with a degree in Exercise Science. I then worked as an exercise physiologist at Methodist Cardiopulmonary Rehab from 2008 to 2013, specializing in rehabilitating patients with pulmonary conditions or following cardiac events such as heart attack or bypass surgery. I enjoyed being able to care for patients and when I was introduced to the field of physical therapy I found an avenue that allowed me to help people with a wider range of diagnoses. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Texas State University in 2016. While in PT school, I worked as a Doctoral Instructional Assistant for a human anatomy and cadaver lab. I am a Fellow in orthopedic specialty through the Institute for Athlete Regeneration. I am also certified in Dry Needling. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three kids, and being outdoors for activities such as golf, hiking, cycling, and fishing. Feel free to email me at evan.bahr@fptsa.com
