Exercises tailored specifically for you
The exercises we choose for you are hand picked to help you correct the cause of YOUR dysfunction and pain. We do not use any cookie cutter routines to treat our patients. These exercises will always be functional and appropriate for your skill level.
Our goal is to get you back to your pre-injury life as fast as possible. This takes more than the 2 to 3 hours a week that we get to see you in clinic. On top of the exercises you do in clinic you will be assigned a few exercises to do at home. Our goal is to give you a quick routine (20 minutes at most) to do at home so that you continue to improve even while you aren’t physically with us. You will be taught these exercises in clinic and given a printout that includes photos and instructions so that you may be successful at home. We also provide instruction videos on our YouTube Channel.
As you continue to improve and gain strength we will continue to update the exercises you do in clinic and at home. We won’t waste your time when it comes to getting back to normal!
