At Foundation Physical Therapy we tend to be very realistic and we want to get you better, faster. For all of our patients we make sure to give you a home exercise program. We do this because you can only spend so many hours a week with us and we want you to continue to make progress even while not in our clinic. As you progress through your therapy so will your exercises.
We work with you to determine how much time you can set aside every day for your exercises and we design your program appropriately. We aim to keep every program under 20 minutes and with minimal equipment. Aside from a resistance band you’ll be able to use items you already have around the house to complete your exercises.
