Spice Up Your Planks
Lets start by assuming you’re doing your planks correctly (see this video). Maybe you’ve been doing them for too long as they just aren’t challenging enough anymore. Or maybe you’re having to hold a plank too long to get any significant muscle work. Don’t hold a plank longer, make it more difficult. Our walking planks are not for the weak. This is one of the most challenging abdominal exercises when done correctly. Don’t just jump in…chances are you’ll have to work up to this one
