Dr. Josh Heinrich, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT

Born and raised in Duvall, Washington, Josh cultivated a passion for physical activity and the outdoors at an early age. After a complex history of ankle injuries during his high school and college soccer journey, he developed an understanding and appreciation for physical therapy and how the human body moves as well as how to optimize its efficiency. He moved to Texas to pursue his physical therapy education and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas in 2023. He has also completed post-doctoral training and holds a fellowship in Sports and Orthopedic Manual Therapy, which is a highly specialized subset representing less than 1% of all physical therapists. Josh enjoys treating people from all walks of life whether it be post-surgical recovery, everyday workers with nagging pain and discomfort, or athletes looking to optimize their performance. In his free time, Josh enjoys board game nights, playing soccer, rock climbing, and exploring national parks with his beautiful wife.
